Greek court rules for Milenkovic extradition
Belgrade , August 24, 2004 - The Saloniki Court of Appeals has decided to extradite to Serbian judicial organs Dejan Milenkovic, known as Bagzi, one of the suspects in the assassination of Serbian prime minister Zoran Djindjic, Milenkovic's lawyer Biljana Kajganic told Tanjug on Monday.

The next step in this procedure is for the Greek justice minister to sign extradition orders, she said. Milenkovic should be extradited by Sept 6, the date set for the continuation of the trial for Djindjic's assassination, Kajganic specified.
