Romanian cabinet approved the draft bills for budget changes and urgent orders related to the social security. Despite the envisaged budget deficit accounting to 1.5% of the GDP, the government approved the deficit to be 0.7% of the GDP, “which is necessary so that the process of disinflation to go on”, Romanian Minister of Public Finance Ionuts Popescu stated.
