The Serbian-Montenegro Parliament adopted a resolution on association with the European Union and amendments to the Constitutional Framework of the state union.Both were adopted with no votes against and only four MPs from Montenegro abstained from voting. The amendments to the Constitutional Framework, which formalise the delay in parliamentary elections in the member states and the terms of the present MPs are extended to the election of a new parliament, must be ratified by the parliaments of the member states.
