Bulgarian Minister of Defense Nikolay Svinarov and deputy chief of the General Staff of the Bulgarian Army Vice-Admiral Petar Petrov leave today for Romania, the press office of the ministry announced. They will attend a ceremony on changing the political leadership of the Coordination Committee of the Process of Meetings of Defense Ministers, Policy and Military Coordination Committee of the Multinational Peacekeeping Forces of Southeast Europe and the command of Southeast Europe Brigade. The event will take place on July 1st, 2005 in Constanza.
